So this is a predicament. I like drawing but I can't see well, I'm legally blind. The only doctor in the U.S. won't do my surgery unless he gets all the money up front. The doctor who will do it and accept payments is out of the country. I want to help my mom pay as a thanks for helping to save my vision.
